RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY

We're committed to your satisfaction, offering a money-back guarantee with these conditions:

  • The item must be sent back within 14 days from the date of receipt

  • The item upon return should be in excellent condition and must be accompanied by all necessary documentation, such as the receipt, warranty card, appraisal, and certification (if applicable)

  • The guarantee will be voided if any alterations or modifications are made by someone other than the original jeweler

  • There are no additional labor fees for customized orders

  • The customer is responsible for covering all costs related to returning the product, including insurance, handling, postage fees, and any other additional charges

SHIPPING POLICY

Every order is insured at 100% of the item's value and is shipped via UPS or FedEx, accompanied by a tracking number for your convenience. Rest assured, your purchase is fully insured, and we provide tracking numbers for transparent and convenient delivery.

  • We offer free second-day delivery to 50 U.S. states when you spend a minimum of $250.

  • We ship in-stock orders within 1 to 2 days of payment clearance.

  • We dispatch custom-made orders within a timeframe of 1 to 3 weeks.

ONE-YEAR WARRANTY

At Karat Jewelry Group, we appreciate your purchase or interest in our products. We aim to provide you with complete satisfaction. We design our products for lasting performance, and our custom-made jewelry crafts meet the highest standards. Our goal is to ensure that you are genuinely happy with your purchase and that it delivers long-lasting value. We assure you that our products will be free from defects in workmanship and material. If any such flaws arise during regular use, we guarantee free repair or replacement within one year of purchase. We also offer free cleaning and inspections, re-sizing, polishing, rhodium plating, and repairs upon request.​

WARRANTY

The one-year warranty is applicable to all Karat Jewelry Group products and services when the following conditions are met: 

  • if purchaser requires warranty service, they must present a warranty card, with all required information, i.e. purchaser's name and address, date of purchase, product model

  • the warranty becomes invalid if the product has incurred damage due to accidents, acts of God, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs

  • This warranty of service will be performed free of charge except for insurance, handling, postage and incidental charges

  • This policy does not apply to center diamonds or gemstones over 0.20 carat

  • Any modification or alteration by another jeweler, or person, will void this warranty.

  • We strongly recommend you purchase of independent insurance for your center stone.
